AMALFI shops and makes our dough fresh the day before, arrives at least 1 ½ hours before serving to set up and fire our oven to over 800 degrees. This allows us to make multiple pizzas in minutes. We then serve for about 2 hours, clean up and depart.
Our catering service provides a unique selection of gourmet pizzas, appetizers, salads, stromboli, gelato and other desserts.
